We are going to give a quick browse to the Southbank, an old industrial riverside area which has become an arts, performance and leisure area.
We are passing, in our tour, less known areas of the financial distrrict, the City of London. And we will explore some archaeological remains of old Londinium

You could be having a delicious lunch in one of the many cafes, pubs, restaurants of the district. The street-food scene is as well awesome!.
Islington is a large Borough in North London. We are going to visit the central parts of the Borough, the historical village of Islington and the no less historical old industrial suburb of Clerkenwell. That is it: at the end of the day London is a huge agglomeration of ancient villages and not so old suburbs . You will notice the difference!.
So be prepared for quirky and narrow streets, lanes and alleys... Some quaint pubs... Street markets... Rivers and Canals... Old churches... Beautiful Georgian, Victorian and Contemporary architecture... Roman and Medieval remains... And much more!
Hackney Central to Shaklewell and Dalston, and on to Stoke Newington and Woodberry Downs (Manor House) back to Stoke Newington and ending in Canonbury
From Barnsbury or Islington: the King’s Cross extension
A no-go area, only 20 years ago, the King's Cross district has been reborn. We will enjoy the new architercture (new Google HQ, for example), a charming little but elegant shopping mall, the canal, again, and you are going to see with your own eyes what has being done with those redundant gasholders!
Sommers Town. Not much to explain. But the institutions based here are hugely important...
Bloomsbury. A university and cultural area
